Our company has been around since 2019. What happened? Well, we paid a friend cash for a piece of land that was going to be forfeited to the state. It was a one-off deal (or so we thought!). Three months later, that friend told someone else about us. That friend reached out to us, and we were interested and purchased their land too. The rest, as they say, is history. Things took off and we continued to buy land to save people from scary tax situations. Real estate taxes are so high in Texas. it is not uncommon for people to end up falling behind on payments and not know what to do. Instead of the sellers losing their land and having nothing to show for it, we put cash in their hands.

My name is Anthony Minniti. I grew up in Whitehouse, Texas. I am through and through a Texan and love where I am from. Growing up, I went to Whitehouse High School where I found happiness playing baseball. I graduated from Whitehouse and decided to play for Tyler Junior College. After college, I caught the poker bug. Playing poker paid my bills for 11 fun years! However, poker is a tough way to make a living. I decided to get into real estate with my winnings. I have been buying and selling real estate ever since 2019.
